Liability and Consent

By signing this document, I confirm that I am familiar with the rules of the “Žaidūnas” game room and understand that the game room is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or other incidents that occur in the game room.

Rules:

• It is forbidden to use the gaming equipment improperly or dangerously.
• It is forbidden to carry, throw, or otherwise damage the items and barriers in the game room.
• Visitors must observe safety during the game.
• Game room staff have the right to remove individuals who do not follow the rules.
• Before the game, the staff instructed the players.
